We will provide training to your staff for mandated cost claim programs, including new programs. We will help you identify which members of your staff will need training. All training may be conducted in a group or with individuals, whatever your preference. |

We assist your staff in the collection of necessary data, including providing forms for the various programs. We work closely with your Staff to ensure the timely collection of the data, and assist them with any questions they may have during the collection process. |

Claim Preparation and Submission |

All Claims are prepared by a consultant with more than 14 years of experience. All supporting documentation is reviewed for completeness and accuracy. Mandate Resource Services handles all submission of the claims to the State Controller’s Office. We represent the client on all State Mandated Cost Claiming issues. |
