Harmeet Barkschat, who has more than twenty one years of accounting background, including over fourteen years experience in State mandated cost claim preparation, founded Mandate Resource Services in 1999. She has an extensive knowledge of researching, identifying, and preparing reimbursement claims. She has the proven ability to establish client needs and educate clients in various aspects of State reimbursement.

Harmeet Barkschat previously worked with DMG-Maximus™ where she established the school mandated cost practice. Prior to that she worked at Mandated Cost Systems™ as an Associate. She has personally worked with over 150 school districts and has a reputation for her knowledge and quality of work. She has also presented at School Services mandated cost workshops.

Prior to working in mandated cost, Harmeet worked for the Orange County Controller's Office and the Federal Small Business Administration.
